Refund policy

Notification of an intended return must be made within 28 days of purchase.

The returned item(s) must be received in new, sellable condition and complete with all original components, accessories, documents and packaging.

Items must be received within 14 days of notification date.

Returned items will be inspected within 48 hours of receipt and refunds issued once condition is confirmed as above.

Funds will be returned within 1-3 working days, depending on the payment provider used.

If the condition of the returned item(s) is deemed unacceptable, partial refunds may be offered.
