We aim to send all orders placed before 2pm out on the same day! Orders for delivery within Mainland UK are sent on a premium 1-2 working day service. Orders to Highland and Island addresses may take up to 3-4 working days.

Shipping to mainland UK is FREE! For highlands and Islands, please place your items in the basket and the website will calculate your shipping at the checkout.

If we haven't already shipped your order, we can simply cancel and refund it. If it has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery or arrange to return it to us for a refund.

Unfortunately, due to important security checks that take place at the checkout for both your and our protection, we cannot change a shipping address manually once the order is placed.

We don't currently ship internationally but there are lots of resellers of SHARP all over the world so please check online for availability.
